Returns and Exchanges

Returns and Exchanges on all items are accepted, except items marked as ‘Final Sale,’ if you are not satisfied with your purchase. This applies to regular price merchandise as well as those purchased with a coupon code. Please read the following information carefully.

TheRomeoReport.com will not accept returns/exchanges that are not returned it their original, unused conditions, including all original packaging and tags. Upon being returned shipping costs will be deducted.

For all returns or exchanges, please email us at returns@theromeoreport.com with a brief explanation of your reason for returning or exchanging, as well as the merchandise style number within 14 days of your order delivery date. A Return Authorization Number (RA#) will be issued and all merchandise must be returned with 21 days of your RA request.

Returns or exchanges received outside of this time period are accepted at the discretion of TheRomeoReport.com and can only be refunded as store credit. It is not guaranteed that we will be able to process those requests for returns or exchanges without RA#s. Exchange items can only be shipped after the returned goods have been received and undergone a quality control check.

1. All packages being returned must be shipped by a major courier service with tracking capabilities (FEDEX, UPS, DHL, USPS)

2. Please write the RA# on the return or exchange form and on the shipping label.
